Xactly Corporation

Xactly Corporation is a vendor that sells web-based compensation management software and services.

Xactly software allows a company to design, manage and optimize programs for employee bonuses. Specifically, Xactly products support incentive compensation initiatives, also known as pay-for-performance plans. Currently, incentive compensation is most frequently used in sales to track and pay bonuses. According to Xactly, however, its products also complement talent management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in San Jose, California.

According to the Xactly website, companies in the United States companies spend more than $800 billion a year on sales compensation and incentive compensation is one of the biggest line items in most corporate budgets. Xactly products include:

Incent Pro -  provides end-to-end automation for all aspects of sales compensation

Xactly Objectives - provides management with a transparent way to communicate goals with employees, track progress, and pay quickly when goals are met.
